Five weeks ago Capabuild together with Committee on Fiscal Studies (CFS) launched the TAP providing access to existing training courses and tax material from around the world. Up to the 7th of September 2023, we have had over 4000 visitors. The main searches were on environmental taxes (29%). We believe that the increasing demand for renewable energy and therefore the growing interest in critical minerals underpins this focus on environmental taxes as they are often closely linked to the extractive sector. A great result for the African/Indonesian team that built the TAP! We thank our donors for making this happen.
